About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and compassionate care for children in a safe and stimulating environment.
- Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities and educational games.
- Assist with daily routines, including meals, naps, and hygiene.
- Communicate effectively with parents about children's progress and any concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized play area and living space.
- Support children’s emotional and social development through positive reinforcement.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
- Transport children to and from school or activities as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a nanny or in childcare is preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and connect with children of various ages.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Patience, creativity, and a nurturing demeanor.
- Background check clearance and references required.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate family needs.
