About The Position
Hematology/Oncology Advanced Practice Provider - Connecticut
Schedule: M-F 8a-5p
Charting: Epic
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform history and physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor and manage side effects of cancer therapies
- Provide education and emotional support to patients and families
- Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary care team
- Participate in clinical research, quality improvement, and continuing education
Qualifications:
- Current NP or PA licensure and certification
- Experience in oncology or internal medicine preferred
- Active CT state licensce
