This position leads the Customer Service Team focused on order management, operational customer support and import/export of customer shipments. This team supports customers, wholesalers and distributors in US, Canada and all foreign affiliates for the animal health business units.

Responsibilities

  • Expertly manage the full cycle of a high-volume, demanding, and non-automated order service operation, from precise processing and allocation to final fulfillment, acting as the ultimate execution expert.
  • Act as the critical hub, collaborating intensely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to translate customer priorities into flawless, on-time service delivery.
  • Strategically manage and expand pivotal relationships with wholesalers, distributors, and veterinary providers.
  • Direct 3PL logistics partners to ensure seamless import/export documentation, shipping details, and reliable tracking of orders to the final destination.
  • Maintain unwavering compliance with FDA, DEA, USDA, and other critical pharmaceutical/animal health regulatory requirements.
  • Establish the accountability framework by tracking and monitoring critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and service metrics.
  • Spearhead talent management—leading, coaching, and mentoring staff to build a high-performing, resilient team culture.
  • Serve as the primary, decisive escalation point for complex customer order inquiries and critical supply issues, providing resolution and immediate action.
  • Champion continuous operational improvement through process enhancements and technology adoption across the order management function.

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Pharmaceutical human or animal health experience preferred
