Customer Service Representative (Call Center) Description: Calling all customer service and call center all-stars. Store Supply Warehouse is adding dedicated service minded professionals to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist at our main headquarters in Bridgeton, MO. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the point person for customer questions/concerns, inbound customer calls, and entering orders. The customer service department at Store Supply Warehouse is a collaborative, goal-oriented environment with a laser focus on our customers and our team. Key Responsibilities: Providing an excellent customer experience through various channels (phone, email, chat) by addressing customer questions, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner. Proactively engage with potential customers through outbound calls and emails to introduce Store Supply Warehouse. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Stay up to date with SSW product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate benefits to customers. Identify customer needs and recommend the appropriate products/services to meet those needs. QualificationsCustomer Service Representative Qualifications: High School Diploma or a GED is required Customer Service experience of 1 year or more in a call center is preferred but not required; Store Supply Warehouse will train all new employees, including data base softwares Must be computer literate, proficient in Data Entry and Typing, a must. Ability to navigate between different websites and multitask Ability to work in a quick-paced customer service environment; troubleshoot and take corrective action to resolve issues, if necessary Experience with outbound sales, telemarketing, or company/product introductions, a plus.
