What You'll Do
As a Licensed Clinical Specialist on the PACT Team, you'll provide community-based clinical services for individuals living with severe and persistent mental illness.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting psychosocial assessments
- Providing individual and group counseling
- Developing and implementing treatment plans
- Delivering case management and clinical interventions
- Coordinating care with psychiatrists, nurses, and community providers
- Supporting medication coordination and treatment adherence
- Connecting clients with housing, benefits, and community resources
- Assisting individuals in developing independent living skills

What You'll Need
Required Qualifications
- New Jersey LSW or LAC License
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
- Minimum two years of post-bachelor's mental health experience
- Experience working with severe and persistent mental illness
- Knowledge of community resources and service systems
- Valid New Jersey driver's license with acceptable driving history
Preferred Qualifications
- LCSW or LPC License
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Crisis intervention experience
- PACT or ACT program experience
