We are looking for a talented Warehouse Manager to join our Warehouse team!
PAY RANGE: Starting at $75,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
HOURS: 1st and 2nd shift available, 10 hour days, Monday-Friday, 1 rotating Saturday a month

TITLE: Warehouse Manager
LOCATION: 13930 Missouri Bottom Rd. Bridgeton, Missouri 63044
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage daily warehouse operations across multiple departments to ensure productivity, accuracy, and timely delivery.
- Lead, train, coach, and motivate associates to meet performance, safety, and quality standards.
- Evaluate workflows and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
- Partner with leadership to support forecasting, staffing, and operational planning.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Troubleshoot operational issues including inventory discrepancies, accuracy concerns, and workflow inefficiencies.
- Monitor safety practices and recommend improvements.
- Track and report operational performance, metrics, and KPIs.
- Coordinate staffing, schedules, and special projects as needed.
- Promote a positive, professional workplace culture.

- Basic computer proficiency and experience with warehouse systems.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Previous warehouse management experience required.
- Minimum of five (5) years of warehouse supervisory experience.
- Forklift experience preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. intermittently.
- Comfortable working in a non–climate-controlled warehouse.
