About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Moraine Court Supportive Living. In this role, you will provide direct, hands-on care to our residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and overall well-being.

You will work closely with our nursing team to deliver high-quality, individualized care. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting others and making a meaningful difference in residents’ daily lives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Current CNA certification in the state of Illinois
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills with residents, families, and team members
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in long-term care or assisted living
  • Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities

Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure and temperature
  • Assist with medication administration under the direction of a licensed nurse
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
