Services include intake, referral, outpatient therapy, psychiatric assessment, service coordination, substance abuse treatment, training and social rehabilitative services, crisis intervention, partial hospitalization, community outreach, day and recreational services for adults with intellectual disabilities, homeless outreach and housing program.  As an Enhanced Mobile Behavioral Health Worker with Chartiers Center, you will provide community-based support to individuals receiving mental health services, helping them build the skills and confidence needed to live independently and achieve their personal goals. Working directly in participants' homes and communities, you will assist with daily living skills, community integration, problem-solving, and recovery-focused interventions that promote overall well-being and improved quality of life. Job Duties include:  Meet weekly with a caseload of clients in their home or community to teach them needed skills such as independent living skills, social skills, and job search skills, and help connect them with supports such as needed living resources and social opportunities  Maintain a weekly schedule where the majority of your work time is spent in face-to-face client meetings  Thoroughly document client meetings to reflect work completed and interventions delivered, as well as client’s response to service and any client concerns  Provide on-call on a rotating basis.  Available to work a flexible schedule  Specialist Only- Complete Comprehensive Assessments and Individual Rehabilitation Plans for assigned caseload.   At Chartiers Center we offer the following benefits:  Competitive Hourly Rate   Medical, Dental and Vision  Short- and Long-Term Disability  Life Insurance  Retirement Plan-6% Employe Contribution after one year 8 Paid Holidays  Generous PTO (Paid Time Off)  Tuition Reimbursement  Full Time  Agency laptop and cell phone!  Free parking  Positive and fulfilling work environment!  Minimum Qualifications   Bachelor’s Degree with one year mental health experience.
