What you’ll do as a Nurse Practitioner NP:

• Perform patient assessments, evaluations, and follow-up care
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams on treatment plans
• Educate patients and families on health management
• Support a culture of compassion, professionalism, and continuous improvement

Who you are as a Nurse Practitioner NP:

• Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Pennsylvania
• A personable, patient-first approach to care
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Experience in [primary care, urgent care, mental health, etc.] Recommended
