If so, be a part of our dynamic team where innovation, compassion, and dedication drive our every endeavor. Position Summary: Delta is currently hiring for Direct Support Professionals (DSP’s) Shifts: FT & PT 9a-3p, 3p-11p & 11p-9a Must have Intellectual Disability (IDD/DDD) Support Experience. Applicants must be willing to provide hands-on personal care, including assistance with toileting and maintaining personal hygiene. Document all relevant information about the individuals you support while on shift. Attend mandated trainings and meetings to become proficient in supporting I/DD individuals. Supervise, report on, document, and assist individuals who may have behavioral or medical concerns Assist individuals in living a quality life by helping them complete daily routines such as eating, toileting, showering, meal prep, and recreation.  QualificationsQualifications High school diploma or equivalent (GED) One (1) year of caregiving work history Valid driver's license with three (3) years of satisfactory driving history Minimum requirements Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain composure in high-pressure or crisis situations. Ability to build trusting, supportive, and respectful relationships with individuals receiving services. Delta Community Supports, Inc. – DSP Retention Bonus Agreement Purpose: To support workforce stability and continuity of care, Delta Community Supports, Inc. (“Employer”) offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus and retention bonus (subject to applicable taxes and withholdings) for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). Payment Schedule: $500 after 6 months of employment $500 after 12 months of employment $1,000 after 18 months of employment Eligibility Requirements: To receive and retain the bonus, you must: - Remain actively employed in good standing (not have any staff action forms on file for performance or attendance issues, not be on a PIP or have submitted notice of resignation). Maintain required clearances, certifications, and trainings - Comply with individual support plans, health/safety protocols, and agency policies - Work an average of 30 hours per week during the bonus period Acknowledgment: By signing, you acknowledge that you understand the importance of continuity of care and relationship-based support in the retention of direct care staff and that bonus payments will only be made if eligibility requirements are met in ach payment period.
