Job Summary:
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist for a full-time weekday role focused on helping patients improve daily function and long-term independence. You will assess limitations, identify treatment priorities, and provide therapy that supports better performance in everyday activities at home, work, or in the community.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial and ongoing patient evaluations
  • Develop individualized care plans based on functional goals
  • Provide occupational therapy interventions for daily living, motor skills, and adaptive functioning
  • Measure progress and update treatment plans when needed
  • Instruct patients on exercises, routines, and tools that support recovery and independence
  • Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge planning clearly
  • Work closely with the care team to support coordinated treatment
  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active New Jersey Occupational Therapist license
  • Current NBCOT certification
  • Previous clinical experience preferred
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
