Summary:
In this role, you will manage and optimize production and supply chain schedules. This role is critical in ensuring efficient resource utilization, meeting delivery timelines, and driving operational excellence across cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, maintain, and optimize production and supply chain schedules
• Ensure resource availability (materials, labor, equipment) aligns with production needs
• Monitor project and production progress; identify and resolve scheduling conflicts
• Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and engineering teams
• Analyze scheduling data to improve efficiency, throughput, and productivity
• Adjust schedules dynamically based on demand changes, constraints, or delays
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in planning and scheduling processes
Qualifications
• 3–10 years of experience in:
Production scheduling
Supply chain planning
Manufacturing operations
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Knowledge of industry best practices in planning and scheduling
