Role Overview
The Specialist, Change Management supports the Business Transformation Enterprise Office (ETEO) by enabling effective adoption and sustained use of enterprise business and technology solutions. This position partners with Business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendor resources to coordinate structured change activities, document operational impacts, and support readiness for implementation milestones. The role focuses on driving user adoption, stabilizing new ways of working post go-live, and supporting value realization by ensuring solution capabilities are understood, utilized, and reinforced through consistent practices and execution of change management strategies and plans.
Duties & Responsibilities
Change Enablement & Business Readiness
Ā
- Support effective execution of change initiatives and successful adoption across the organization
- Lead comprehensive change impact assessments, systematically gathering and analyzing information across functions, roles, and regions to identify and document operational, organizational, and stakeholder impacts
- Translate assessment findings into actionable insights that transform change strategies, readiness plans, and targeted interventions
- Ensure all impacts are clearly documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders
- Conduct readiness planning and execution activities, including stakeholder engagement, communications planning, and go-live preparation
- Coordinate readiness checkpoints with Business owners, IT teams, and vendor resources to confirm preparedness for cutover, go-live, and stabilization
- Identify change risks and adoption barriers, and support mitigation actions to improve engagement and execution
- Partner with internal stakeholders, including but not limited to HR, for organizational and skill discussions related to transformation programs
- Conduct change reinforcement activities to promote consistent understanding and adoption
- Facilitate working sessions with Business SMEs, IT, and vendor resources to confirm end-to-end impacts and readiness needs
- Support business process mapping activities related to understanding "as-is" process and "to be" processes for new ways of working

Adoption Monitoring & Value Realization
- Monitor adoption and user experience indicators post go-live (usage trends, recurring issues, escalations, manual workarounds) to identify where reinforcement is needed
- Partner with Business owners, IT, and vendor teams to confirm key capabilities are enabled, understood, and actively used
- Proactively monitor and stay informed of upcoming system enhancements, process changes, and business initiatives to anticipate and coordinate necessary change management and training activities, ensuring stakeholders are prepared and supported throughout the transition
- Participate in value realization reporting by documenting measurable outcomes and support defining and communicating value realization during the project lifecycle to drive adoption and understanding

Training & Enablement Support
- Draft communications that reinforce standard usage expectations and key behavioral changes
- Coordinate user engagement activities (office hours, demos, Q&A sessions) to improve readiness and adoption
- Collect feedback and recurring questions from end users and coordinate updates to training documentation
- Support hyper care activities by tracking user experience themes with actionable tasks to support operational impacts affecting business continuity
Operational Impact Documentation & Alignment Support
- Document operational impacts associated with solution changes, including role impacts, key handoffs, and required user actions
- Maintain change-related documentation to support communication, training, and transition to operational support teams
- Identify and escalate of gaps requiring decision, clarification, or additional enablement activities

Vendor Coordination and Delivery Support
- Maintain change management artifacts including but not limited to: change impact assessments, leadership alignment reviews, status reporting inputs, etc.
- Coordinate vendor participation and deliverable inputs as needed to support readiness, training, and stabilization activities
- Support transition planning to operational ownership, including knowledge transfer planning and documentation readiness

Base Salary
- The targeted base salary range for this position isāÆ$ 90,000 - $ 116,000āÆper year.
- Base salary is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the successful candidate, as well as factors such as internal equity, cost of labor in the hiring location, and alignment with market data.Ā
- The base salary accounts for the entirety of the on-target earnings for this role. No additional incentives or variable pay are applicable.

About Where We Work
Brotherās corporate headquarters for the Americas is in Bridgewater, NJ, across from the Bridgewater Commons Mall. This location houses key corporate functions, including HR, legal, finance, IT, and supply chain, and a significant presence of our business unit leadership and marketing teams. Our manufacturing and distribution facility in Bartlett, TN spans an impressive 1.5 million square feet - equivalent to 26 football fields - and is located on Brother Boulevard. In addition to the distribution center operations team, this facility hosts several other departments, including our customer service group.
