Our client, a world leader in diagnostics and biotechnology, is looking for a “Sr Laboratory Technician - Operations” based out of Branchburg, NJ.
Job Duration: Long Term Contract (Possibility Of Extension)
Pay Rate : $27/hr on W2
The Oligonucleotide Development Group seeks a Laboratory Technician to support purification method development, downstream processing, characterization, and formulation of oligonucleotides. This role involves hands-on lab work, process troubleshooting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality production and support scale-up activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform purification, characterization, and formulation of oligonucleotides using HPLC, UV-VIS, and related techniques.
- Support production operations, ensuring compliance with SOPs, OSHA, and cGMP standards.
- Document experiments, production data, and results in SAP, LIMS, or other systems.
- Monitor lab supplies, equipment calibration, and maintenance.
- Participate in experimental design, protocol development, and technical reporting.
- Contribute to process improvement, new platform development, and scale-up initiatives.
- Provide input on new equipment, procedures, and SOPs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Knowledge of cGMP, lab safety, and production support in a regulated environment.
- Strong documentation, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills.
