Description

The head Grill Cook (18 & Up) is responsible for monitoring and managing the kitchen staff. We are looking for someone who is experienced in cooking on a flat top grill and fryer. Able to clean fryers and other kitchen appliances. Cleanliness is our top priority at Richman's.

Other responsibilities would include:

direct food handling
managing food temperatures
inventory stock
following health and safety guidelines
handling kitchen related concerns.
