What You'll Do

You'll help members complete their everyday financial transactions while providing a welcoming, accurate, and professional experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other transactions
  • Maintaining an accurate and secure cash drawer
  • Answering questions and helping members resolve account concerns
  • Updating account information and completing routine service requests
  • Explaining credit union products and services clearly
  • Recognizing member needs and recommending appropriate financial solutions
  • Protecting member information and following established procedures
  • Supporting your teammates and contributing to a positive branch environment

What We're Looking For

You do not need previous financial institution experience, but you should bring a strong record of reliability, service, and attention to detail.

You may be a great fit if you have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of steady customer service experience
  • Strong communication and computer skills
  • The ability to learn new systems and procedures
  • Careful attention to detail
  • A professional, dependable, and positive approach
  • Comfort handling money and working with confidential information
  • A genuine desire to help people

Spanish-speaking applicants may qualify for additional pay.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position scheduled for 40 hours or less each week.

The typical schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:45 a.m. until either 5:15 p.m. or 6:15 p.m., with a one-hour lunch. Occasional Tuesday meetings begin at 8:00 a.m.

Tellers rotate Saturday shifts from 8:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. When you work a Saturday, your weekday schedule will be adjusted so that you remain within 40 hours for the week.

There are no Sunday shifts or late-night hours.
