In this role you will be responsible for

• This individual is responsible for the day-to-day quality activities in their assigned manufacturing team. They are responsible for addressing reactive quality concerns as well as identifying proactive quality improvements.

• Monitor process capability and identify improvement opportunities

• Champion quality initiatives on the manufacturing floor

• Responsible for delivering on quality related metrics for their area (non-quality cost, customer PPM, new launch readiness, etc.)

• Effective Time Management.

• Practical Problem-Solving Skills, Self Starter What are the most critical stakeholders of the role?

• Customers, Quality team, Production team, Internal suppliers With what other groups/functions/divisions will the person interact?

• Production Control, Process Engineering, Change Management, New Launch, Customer Quality, Segment Supplier Quality, Design Engineering, Program Management

What is required:

Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or similar technical field Quality control in a manufacturing environment
