Position Overview

Join Eternal Ink as a full-time career-oriented Distribution Associate team member based out of our Brighton, MI location. As part of our Distribution Associate team, you will be labeling, packaging, assembling and packaging product, and preparing orders to ship to wholesale customers.

What you’ll be doing

  • Maintain a safe working environment.
  • Maintain a professional, positive, and collaborative approach to challenges, opportunities, and team members.
  • Preparing orders for Wholesale Fulfillment team in an organized and timely manner.
  • Assisting Team Lead with stocking products and packaging materials, product labeling, set assembly, preparing orders for both ground and pallet shipments in a consistent and accurate manner.
  • Keep an orderly and organized workstation to ensure efficient order assembly and preparation.
  • Must be able to bend, squat, lift, and be on your feet for long periods of time.
  • Ensure efficient, organized warehouse stock area.
  • Follow Quality Control procedures and ensure FIFO processes are adhered to.
  • Maintain a solid line of communication with all depts. including upper management.
  • Any other duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Mission, and abide by our Company’s Values.

Is this role for you?

  • Ability to use Excel, MS Teams, and SmartSheets effectively.
  • Prior forklift operation certificate/license and experience.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite and RF-SMART.
  • Ability to organize, time management, prioritize and self-motivate.
  • Highschool Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Ability to show up and be on time to schedule shifts.
