Position Details Location: Multiple sites including Beaver Meadows, Home Care, and Hospice (Travel between locations is required) Shift: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM Status: Part-Time Pay Rate: $21–$23 per hour Shift differentials that actually make a difference in your paycheck  Weekdays 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM: +$2.50/hour 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM: +$3.00/hour Weekends 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM: +$0.50/hour 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM: +$3.00/hour 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM: +$3.50/hour What You Will Do Make regular rounds to ensure resident safety, location, and well-being Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence Deliver mail and newspapers to residents Prepare dining areas and assist with meal service Serve meals and snacks, including delivery of trays to resident rooms Perform basic housekeeping duties (trash removal, cleaning, bed-making) Manage resident laundry and linens (collect, wash, dry, fold, and return) Encourage and assist resident participation in activities and recreational programs Escort residents to and from activities and assist during events Accurately document resident care and services provided Provide medication and treatment assistance as directed Communicate with pharmacies, physicians’ offices, and families as needed Monitor and record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, weight) Address and report customer service issues professionally Attend required in-service education and staff meetings Maintain current CPR and First Aid certifications Maintain annual Diabetic Certification Perform other duties as assigned by a supervisor Float Premium Requirements Must be available and willing to work at any clinical building requiring coverage Demonstrate professionalism, flexibility, and reliability in fulfilling scheduled shifts What You Will Bring Ability to sit, stand, and walk for up to 8 hours per shift Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and carry at least 25 lbs Ability to push residents in wheelchairs and move laundry carts Ability to kneel, squat, bend, twist, and reach Manual dexterity including hand grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine motor skills Why Choose St. Barnabas?
