A full-time post-acute Hospitalist is needed for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) with a focus on admitting, discharging, and daily patient care.
The position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitalist work, with an average patient load of 15 per day.
The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, allowing for early departure once duties are completed, while remaining available by phone until the end of the shift.
Compensation includes a generous salary, incentives, partnership opportunities, 401K, malpractice coverage, benefits, vacation, relocation assistance, and CME.
This role offers easy access to Denver, Boulder, Brighton, and surrounding areas, with no night shifts required but shared night coverage from home.

Full-time post-acute Hospitalist needed for Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). Clinical duties involve hospitalist work w/admitting, discharging patients & seeing them on a daily basis. These patients have been transferred for acute rehab services after hospital stay. Support staff includes PM&R physician & an experienced APP team.

Work schedule consists of M-F from 8am-5pm; physician can leave early once work is complete but must remain available by phone until shift ends at 5pm. See an average of 15 patients per day. No night shifts required however share night coverage w/other Hospitalists from home.
