Solitude Resort Lodging is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant who thrives in a hospitality-focused environment and is committed to delivering exceptional guest service. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of guests by thoroughly cleaning assigned condominiums, restocking amenities, and ensuring all areas meet our high standards of cleanliness. You will also be expected to promptly report any damage, missing items, or suspicious activity, while consistently upholding the resort鈥檚 commitment to excellence in hospitality and guest satisfaction. Job Requirements
路 Demonstrated understanding of customer service principles aligned with Solitude鈥檚 standards
路 Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
路 Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
路 Capacity to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and respond effectively to issues
路 Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 lbs
路 Previous housekeeping or experience preferred
Job Duties and Responsibilities
路 Clean assigned guest rooms thoroughly, including kitchens, bathrooms, windows, floors, and furniture
路 Remove used linens, trash, and any items left behind by guests
路 Restock rooms with required amenities and ensure housekeeping carts and closets are properly supplied
路 Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns
路 Report any damages, missing items, or suspicious activity to management
路 Turn in all lost and found items to the manager immediately
路 Ensure all assigned tasks are completed before the end of each shift
路 Perform additional duties as assigned to support lodging operations.

Funciones y Responsabilidades
路 Limpiar minuciosamente los condominios asignados, incluyendo cocinas, ba帽os, ventanas, pisos y muebles.
路 Retirar ropa de cama usada, basura y cualquier art铆culo dejado por los hu茅spedes.
路 Reabastecer los condominios con las amenidades requeridas y asegurar que los carritos y armarios de limpieza est茅n debidamente surtidos.
路 Responder de manera r谩pida y profesional a las solicitudes y preocupaciones de los hu茅spedes.
路 Informar cualquier da帽o, art铆culo faltante o actividad sospechosa a la gerencia.
