Approximately 14- 28 hours of hands-on massage time

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist to join a rehabilitation-focused healthcare clinic in Brighton, CO. This role is ideal for a therapist who enjoys working with injury recovery, pain management, and functional restoration in a clinical setting.

The clinic provides a steady and consistent patient flow, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Perform client assessments to determine treatment needs
• Provide therapeutic massage, including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and myofascial techniques
• Deliver acute and chronic pain management treatments
• Educate patients on basic self-care and recovery strategies when appropriate
• Maintain professional documentation and compliance standards
• Provide a safe, comfortable, and professional patient experience

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Massage Therapy License (required)
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic massage techniques
• Experience in a clinical, rehabilitation, or healthcare setting preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to tailor treatments to individual patient needs
• Spanish speaking is a plus but not required

Schedule & Compensation

• Monday through Thursday with a half day Friday
• Consistent schedule with steady patient volume
