Closets by Design of South Central Michigan is hiring 2-3 designers/sales consultants!
- If you're a motivated, detail-oriented problem solver with the ability to quickly connect with clients to find creative solutions for their home organization needs, this may be the ideal opportunity for you.Â
- We offer pre-set appointments with our clients, conveniently located near your home. You will receive comprehensive sales and design training, so prior experience is not necessary.
Requirements
- No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed.Â
- We are seeking coachable candidates who are eager to learn.
- Growth mindset with willingness to complete 16-week paid sales training.
- Reliable access to a motor vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
- Ability to work in a business professional environment.
- Basic computer and math skills
A Day In The Life
- Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
- Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
- Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
- Educate customers on our products and services.
- Follow our Sales Training and utilize effective communication skills to assist residential customers with their home organization needs.
