As a Security Officer - Entry Control Driver in Brighton, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.

Join Allied Universal at a premier commercial real estate location as a driving access control professional. You will help manage entry activity, monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. In this role, you will support a professional environment through agile, reliable, and innovative service, working with integrity and teamwork while helping address security-related concerns.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations, and help to deter unauthorized access to the property, offices, and other restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and communicating with property management and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the building, lobby areas, parking areas, and perimeter, noting unusual activity and reporting maintenance, access, and/or security-related issues.
• Support daily building operations by assisting with badge and visitor management, directing guests, and following post orders related to access control and security-related procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
