Work closely with leaders across business units and functions (e.g., Finance, Technology, Legal, Product) to embed risk awareness into strategic planning, forecasting, and operations.

  • Assess Enterprise & Emerging Risks: Evaluate key risks impacting HBP’s strategy and performance, including areas such as AI-driven disruption, cybersecurity, data privacy, regulatory compliance, and global market dynamics.

  • Deliver Executive & Board Reporting: Develop clear, concise risk dashboards and reports for senior leadership and the Audit & Risk Committee, highlighting key insights, trends, and recommendations.

  • Strengthen Risk Culture & Governance: Provide tools, guidance, and training to foster a consistent, risk-aware culture and strengthen enterprise governance practices.

  • Support Resilience & Preparedness: Provide leadership and contribution to crisis management, business continuity, and organizational resilience planning in coordination with cross-functional teams.
