What You'll Do
As a Med Tech, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the health and well‑being of our residents. You will:
- Assist with medication administration under the direction of the Nurse Manager
- Provide daily care and supportive services based on each resident’s care plan
- Partner with the Wellness Assistant to identify opportunities that enhance residents’ comfort, safety, and overall living experience
Your work helps residents stay healthy, engaged, and confident—making you a key part of their daily life.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in assisted living or working with older adults
- Medication pass experience (preferred)
- CPR certification (preferred)
- A compassionate, reliable, team‑focused mindset
