  • Define and evolve the technical roadmap to ensure the platform scales in capability, reliability, and manufacturability
  • Establish clear system boundaries, interfaces, and responsibility splits between engineering teams
  • Mediate high-stakes technical decisions to keep the engineering teams aligned and moving at startup speed
  • Distill complex field data, edge-case failures, and prototype learnings into a clear system-level technical narrative

Qualifications:

  • BS, MS, or equivalent practical in engineering with 7+ years of experience in designing and building complex mechatronics systems
  • A passion for solving challenging technical problems – Strong engineering intuition and persistence to identify the root cause of a problem, solving problems using first principles
  • Familiar with in all phases of product development lifecycle including gathering requirements,  design, implementation, debug, verification, qualification, and transfer to manufacturing
  • Familiar with Product Lifecycle Management and documentation control systems

  • Fully subsidized health coverage, including medical (baseline plans), dental, and vision for employees and dependents
  • 401(k) plans and employer-subsidized life insurance
