Our work environment includes: Flexible working hours On-the-job training Safe work environment Casual work attire Growth opportunities Position Summary: As a Toolmaker at Novo, you will be responsible for crafting precision tools, dies, and special guiding and holding devices, essential for our production process. You will work closely with our engineering and production teams to ensure the creation and maintenance of high-quality tools that meet our exacting standards. Primary Responsibilities: Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Set up and operate machine tools such as Manual lathes, milling machines, and grinders. Fabricate and repair tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and gauges. Conduct tests to ensure that tools meet specifications and adjust as necessary. Perform routine maintenance on tools and dies to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with engineers and production teams to improve tooling processes. Maintain accurate records of tool modifications and repairs. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of hand-on experience in manual machining.
