The Assistant General Manager (AGM) plays a vital role in upholding Captain D's Values for both guests and team members.
This position is responsible for ensuring operational excellence and following directives from the General Manager in the assigned unit.
As the manager on duty (MOD), the AGM is tasked with maintaining product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
The AGM must also ensure that D's Hospitality is consistently demonstrated by all team members.
Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role, with a salary range of $45,000 to $55,000 per year.
