Our work environment includes: Flexible working hours On-the-job training Safe work environment Casual work attire Growth opportunities Position Summary: We are currently seeking an experienced CNC/Hurco Conversational Setup Operator to join our machining team. This role requires strong Hurco conversational programming skills and hands-on experience with milling, grinding, and lathe machines. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment.   Responsibilities: Set up and operate Hurco CNC using conversational programming Perform setups and machining operations on milling, grinding, and lathe machines Read and interpret blueprints, and work instructions to ensure part accuracy Select, install, and adjust tooling and fixtures as required for each job Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges) Maintain equipment and work area to ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization Work collaboratively with engineering and production teams to meet daily production goals Qualifications 3+ years of CNC machining experience required Hurco conversational programming experience a must Experience with milling, surface grinding, and manual or CNC lathes Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Reliable, safety-minded, and detail-oriented   Benefits: after 60 days of employment 401(k)- Employer matches 4% Medical  Dental  Vision STD LTD- Paid by employer Life Insurance- Paid by employer   Benefits: after 90 days of employment 8 Paid Holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas eve, Christmas Day. 401(k)- Employer matches 4%     Novo Precision is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, veteran status or disability.
