Our work environment includes: Flexible working hours On-the-job training Safe work environment Casual work attire Growth opportunities Position Summary: Novo Precision is seeking a hands-on, solutions-driven Continuous Improvement Technician to support continuous improvement initiatives across our manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on the floor, building, troubleshooting, and helping turn ideas into real, working solutions. You’ll work closely with our Lean Solutions team and production teams to improve processes, support new builds, and drive efficiency through practical, shop-floor innovation. Responsibilities: Support Lean and Kaizen initiatives across multiple departments  Assist with building, assembling, and testing fixtures, tools, and prototypes  Collaborate with engineering and operations to improve workflows and reduce waste  Participate in process improvement projects and problem-solving activities  Help implement solutions that improve safety, quality, and productivity  Maintain organized workspaces and follow all safety protocols Qualifications Strong interest in Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or process optimization Machining experience (a plus) Familiarity with 3D printing (a plus) Ability to read and interpret basic drawings or prints Hands-on, detail-oriented, and mechanically inclined Basic math skills and understanding of measurements.
