A large part of what we do involves oil burning equipment, including oil boilers and oil furnaces. We are willing to train the right candidate, but you must be comfortable working on oil systems and have at least a general understanding of how they operate.
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our elite service team. The ideal candidate is the tech others look to for answers: strong diagnostics, exceptionally clean workmanship, and superior confidence with customers.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Recommend system improvements and solutions
- Perform high-quality work with attention to detail
- Complete service tickets accurately on company iPad
- Follow safety protocols and company standards
Requirements
- 3+ years HVAC service experience (required)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- EPA certification
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Professional appearance and customer-first mindset
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Pride in craftsmanship and communication
