As demand for our services continues to grow, we’re expanding our Outpatient Department and seeking a Licensed Treatment Plan Specialist to work full-time. This is a hybrid schedule, with office hours based in our Bristol location.

What You Bring
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
- Active Pennsylvania clinical licenseÂ
- LCSW Preferred, will accept LPC or LMFT
- Computer proficient with the ability to document services in an electronic health record
- Ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with a diverse populationÂ
- Availability to provide evening hours
- Ability to provide both in-person and telehealth services
- Residency in Pennsylvania required for telehealth services
Your Role
- Provide individual therapy bi-annually for the purpose of updating the treatment plans and safety plans of individuals engaging in medication management only , or awaiting placement with a therapist
- Assess for safety and need for additional supports during treatment and safety plan review and make referrals for additional supports as appropriate.
- Develop and maintain a system for tracking individuals complains with suggested follow-up visits as recommended by prescribers
- Provide Urgent Care Sessions as requestedÂ
