Responsibilities:

  • Help with the development and maintenance of manufacturing processes for new production. 
  • Help establish required training by process and production part.
  • Troubleshoot process related problems and take corrective action.
  • Train to the system of managing process change.
  • Understand all quality standards by part number and disposition product accordingly.
  • Monitor and review non-conforming rate by part and process
  • Develop and maintain a project list and activity log for review
  • Provide technical support to manufacturing team by troubleshooting, molding/manufacturing related problems
  • Perform molding trials on new and existing tooling as required.
  • Conduct projects aimed at scrap reduction, quality improvements, productivity increases and general support of GROWTTH activities.
  • Maintain positive communication between all team members on all shifts
  • Performs necessary functions to adhere to Quality Standard guidelines.
  • Provide daily updates to management on status of production floor issues and scrap.

Qualifications:

  • High School graduate or equivalent. 
  • Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the job. 
  • Excellent attendance, extremely strong work ethic, self-motivated with minimal supervision preferred. 
  • Basic computer skills needed to understand programs and documentation.
