Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Specialist in Bristol, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $18.04 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and emergency response activities appropriate to a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, shipping and receiving zones, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit activity for employees, visitors, and contractors, verifying credentials and following post orders for restricted areas, deliveries, and after-hours access.
• Support day-to-day operations by communicating clearly with site personnel and/or first responders, completing routine logs, and assisting with traffic or foot patrol needs as directed by site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 1+ years of law enforcement experience or 2+ years of security supervisor/manager experience or 3+ years of security experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
