The Case Worker carries out responsibilities in some or all the following functional areas: Volunteer Management, Data Entry, and Client Customer Service. The Case Worker will also assume the Receptionist position daily. Key responsibilities: Develops intake and case plans for clients; instructs clients in completing the necessary paperwork, including goals and/or budget forms; completes orientation check-off form and obtains the release of information forms when appropriate; completes social history on new clients each week. Prepares and maintains case records and logs on all assigned clients; ensures their accuracy and completeness; and enters pertinent information into the established Homeless Management Information System (HMIS). Refers clients to appropriate Corps programs or other agencies based on client’s needs and by their program plan. Prepares and maintains statistical records on all services provided; compiles and prepares monthly statistical reports; ensures the accuracy and completeness of the same.   Employee Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) and Holiday Pay Life Insurance Retirement Plans and more!   WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOUWhat we are looking for in you: Two years of college coursework from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Behavioral Science, or a related field, and Two years’ experience working in a social or public service environment with experience assisting the public,   Or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
