Bristol Motor Speedway is a vibrant venue in the heart of Bristol, TN, hosting a variety of events, from NASCAR to live music and sporting events. We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Ticket Scanner.

Position Summary:

As a Ticket Scanner, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient entry process for our patrons by scanning tickets and providing excellent customer service. You will be a key point of contact for guests, ensuring a positive experience at our venue.

Responsibilities:

• Scan tickets (physical and digital) upon entry to the venue.
• Verify ticket validity and assist guests with any ticketing issues.
• Maintain a positive and helpful attitude, even during busy events.
• Provide clear and concise directions to patrons.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all venue policies and procedures. 

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
