Objective:
Assisting crew in quality & on-time completion of orders.


Shift:
Monday-Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.  Overtime as required.


Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Set up tooling
  • Reporting all quality issues, including defects & damage, to the supervisor in charge
  • Drive a Forklift & move materials 
  • Coordinating with others for feedback.
  • Complying with industry standards and safety regulations while working.
  • Complete all tasks as delegated by the supervisor in charge.
  • Efficiently managing time and meeting all specified deadlines.
  • Keep the work area clean and organized.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to extreme temperatures, airborne particles or fumes, moving mechanical parts, and vibration.  The noise level in the work environment may be loud. 

 

Physical Demands:

  • Lift & carry 1 – 50 lbs. frequently.
  • Push and or pull 1 – 50 lbs. frequently.
  • Squat/kneel, bend/stoop, twist/turn, grasp, climb a ladder, and reach overhead and outward frequently.
  • Work in an industrial environment wearing hearing protection, vision protection, steel-toed shoes, and other appropriate personal protective equipment.
  • The work environment may include excessive temperatures.


Minimum Job Qualifications and Requirements:

 

  1.  High School Diploma or GED
  2.  Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license & proof of insurance
  3.  Two years or more of manufacturing experience required 
  4.  Ability to read job specifications, instructions, policies, procedures, rules, posted notices and warnings, safety guidelines, and other work-related materials written primarily or exclusively in English
  5.  Ability to read part drawings and familiarity with basic measurement methods.
  6.  Ability to interact and work cooperatively with supervisors and co-workers
  7.  Keeps knowledge and skills current.
