What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll support development across listening, speaking, reading, and writing while helping students access grade-level content. Working closely with teachers and school staff, you’ll ensure students receive consistent, high-quality support throughout the school day.
You’ll also monitor student progress, maintain documentation, and contribute to a positive and welcoming learning environment where all students feel supported.
Requirements
- Passion for inclusive education and student success.
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
- Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with ESL Endorsement.
- Experience working with multilingual learners or in a school setting is preferred.
