We’re seeking a Team Leader to oversee the daily store operations. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be responsible for people, performance, and profitability—while creating a welcoming, high-energy environment for both customers and team members.

What You’ll Do:
Leading Your Team
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop store associates and assistant team leadershipÂ
- Create schedules and ensure proper staffing levelsÂ
- Coach, mentor, and hold team members accountableÂ
- Foster a positive, respectful, and high-performing work cultureÂ
Delivering Outstanding Customer Experience
- Ensure every customer receives fast, friendly, and high-quality serviceÂ
- Maintain store cleanliness, product availability, and brand standardsÂ
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionallyÂ
Driving Store Performance
- Meet or exceed sales, profitability, and expense goalsÂ
- Manage inventory, food costs, and orderingÂ
- Oversee cash handling, deposits, and financial reportingÂ
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and grow salesÂ
Managing Daily Operations
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulationsÂ
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standardsÂ
- Oversee merchandising, promotions, and in-store executionÂ
- Keep the store safe, secure, and well-maintainedÂ

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- 21 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of fast food/retail management experienceÂ
- Valid Driver’s licenseÂ
- Reliable transportation for position requirements (e.g., meetings, banking)Â
- Serve Safe certification, preferredÂ
- Ability to utilize basic business math and accounting skills, computer skills and strong analytical and decision-making skillsÂ
- Possess strong supervisory and organizational skillsÂ
- Must be able to work all shifts - weekends and holidays based on business needs; this position requires a minimum of 46 hours per week
