We’re hiring an experienced Project Manager who responsible for planning, supervising, and coordinating demolition operations on construction sites. They ensure demolition work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with regulations.

Salary- $110,000-115,000

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily demolition operations on-site.
  • Supervise demolition crews, equipment operators, and subcontractors.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
  • Conduct safety meetings and hazard assessments.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed
  • Coordinate site logistics, equipment delivery, and waste removal.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Manage heavy equipment used in demolition (excavators, wrecking balls, shears, etc.).
  • Ensure equipment is inspected and operated properly.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental and local regulations.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and risks to leadership

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Project Manager experience
  • Knowledge of structural systems (steel, concrete and masonry)
  • Safety-first leader with strong communication skills
  • Able to read plans and manage field documentation
  • Valid driver’s license; travel to job sites required
