We are seeking a Provider Services Program Assistant who will be responsible to provide administrative support to the Provider Services department and perform related functions as assigned by the program management.

What you'll do:

  • Monitor Provider Direct and correct errors in timely, accurate manner
  • Perform S_Autho tasks as required
  • Review/ analyze/correct data in electronic computer record and/or spreadsheets
  • Assist with consumer/provider calls as needed
  • Assisting Quality and Contracts Manager with other projects
  • Other duties as assigned

What you'll bring:

  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Ability to respect the workplace and providers with privacy and confidentiality
  • Ability to deal effectively with statistical and financial data
  • Knowledge of general office procedures and equipment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
