We are seeking a Money Management Program Coordinator to be responsible for performing intake and eligibility assessments for consumers and overseeing program volunteers.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and conduct program outreach throughout the community
  • Recruit and screen volunteers; to match with appropriate consumers
  • Make public presentations to civic and professional organizations
  • Cultivate MMP Advisory Council (AC); facilitating AC meetings
  • Perform assessments for consumers and conduct home visits as needed
  • Maintain case records in compliance within funding source regulations, OCES procedures and standards
  • Prepare and submit program reports as required
  • Other duties as assigned

What you'll bring:

  • Knowledge of basic financial matters especially household budgeting and bill paying
  • Ability to respect the workplace and provider's privacy and confidentiality
  • Strong analytical skills; attention to detail, accuracy, and due dates
  • One-year supervisory experience with volunteer
