Medical Technologist – Core Lab (Per Diem)(Brockton)

Schedule: Per Diem, As Needed, Non-Benefit Eligible

Responsibilities:

Performs a wide range of complex clinical laboratory analyses in all major sections of the Laboratory. Recognizes problems, identifies causes, synthesizes alternatives, and applies solutions. Confirms and verifies results through an in-depth knowledge of techniques, principles, and instrumentation. Reports to the Section Head.

Requirements: 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or equivalent.
• Experience: 1 year of experience in a clinical laboratory or equivalent.
• Certification/Licensure: MT (ASCP) or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organizational skills.
• Exercises accuracy and precision in completion of prescribed tasks and treatments.

Compensation Range:

This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer.
