Position SummaryĀ
We are seeking a skilled and compassionateĀ Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)Ā to provide anesthesia services for a variety of surgical and procedural cases. This role offers a dynamic and autonomous practice environment where CRNAs are valued as integral members of the anesthesia care team.Ā
Key ResponsibilitiesĀ
Conduct pre-anesthetic evaluations, develop anesthesia care plans, and administer anesthesia for surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures.Ā
Monitor patients throughout anesthesia administration, ensuring optimal safety and comfort.Ā
Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.Ā
Manage post-anesthesia recovery, including pain management and patient education.Ā
Maintain accurate and timely anesthesia documentation in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory guidelines.Ā
Adhere to best practices and hospital protocols to enhance patient outcomes.Ā
QualificationsĀ
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certificationĀ from the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).Ā
Current RN and APRN licensesĀ in the state of Massachusetts (or eligibility to obtain).Ā
Masterās or Doctoral degreeĀ in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program.Ā
BLS and ACLScertificationĀ (or ability to obtain prior to hire).Ā
Experience in a hospital or surgical center setting is preferred but not requiredānew graduates are encouraged to apply.Ā

Compensation Range:
$290,000 - $290,000
This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, skills, and certifications/licensure as they directly relate to position requirements; as well as business/organizational needs, internal equity, and market-competitiveness.
