Box Truck Driver/Warehouse Associate - Air Distribution Corporation

Role: Warehouse Associate

As a Warehouse Associate, you will split your time between warehouse operations and local deliveries, helping ensure products are accurately picked, packed, loaded, and transported to customers. This hands-on role requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform various Shipping functions, such as picking orders, packaging orders, tagging orders with appropriate job tags and assisting with loading trucks.
• This is a 50/50 split between Box Truck driving and warehouse order picking
• Ability to lift 80 lbs.
• Ability to operate a Fork Lift or Order Picker
• Organize orders to be picked in an efficient manner
• Follow all company safety procedures
• Work as a team member by interacting and communicating with fellow associates in a cooperative, constructive manner

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 year related experience in a warehouse environment & 1 Year driving
• Ability to become certified in the operation of warehouse equipment
• Prior experience operating warehouse equipment, such as forklift, pallet jack and order picket helpful

Estimated compensation: $20-$24/hour with flexibility based on experience and skills.
