Salary Grade:Â Service Representative I or II (Based on experience)
Duties:Â Represents the bank in a courteous, professional manner, and provides prompt, efficient and accurate service when processing transactions. Cross-sells bank services when appropriate and makes referrals to appropriate business partners. Strictly adheres to all current laws, security measures and organizational policies/procedures to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Skills:Â Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal skills, and basic computer knowledge.
Experience:Â Prior sales and cash handling experience preferred but not required.
Education:Â High School Diploma or equivalent.
