CNC Machinist 5-Axis

Okie Staffing is seeking a CNC Machinist for an established aerospace manufacturing company specializing in high-precision components produced to the most stringent specifications. Seeking experience with advanced 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC machining centers, supported by strong programming and engineering capabilities.

We are seeking experienced CNC Machinists who take pride in precision work and long-term career stability.The CNC Machinist will set up and operate advanced CNC milling centers to machine complex aerospace components from materials such as aluminum, steel, and stainless steel. This role requires experience with multi-axis machining, tight tolerances, and high-precision production environments.

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines (3, 4, and 5-axis)
• Machine complex parts to tight aerospace tolerances
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T
• Perform tool changes, offsets, and program edits
• Verify part quality using precision measuring tools
• Work with a variety of materials including aluminum, steel, and stainless steel
• Maintain production efficiency while ensuring quality standards
• Collaborate with engineering and programming teams

• MUST have aerospace CNC machining experience
• Experience with 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC milling centers
• Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading
• Ability to perform full machine setups and program edits
• Experience holding tight tolerances
• Familiarity with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)

• Pay Range 19.00 to 28.00 DOE
