Certified Medication Aide (CMA) – Overnight Shift

BeeHive Homes of Broken Arrow is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and caring Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our family-style assisted living and memory care community.

Please Note: This position requires a current Oklahoma CMA certification; however, the primary responsibilities for this shift will be CNA duties and direct resident care.

Shift

  • Full-Time

  • Wednesday–Sunday

  • 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

What You'll Do

  • Provide compassionate care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)

  • Monitor residents throughout the night to ensure their safety, comfort, and well-being

  • Assist with toileting, repositioning, and incontinence care every 2 hours

  • Complete walking rounds and check on residents throughout the shift

  • Assist residents with personal hygiene and overnight care needs

  • Answer call lights promptly and provide attentive resident care

  • Document resident care accurately

  • Report changes in residents' condition to the appropriate supervisor

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

  • Work as part of a supportive team to create a positive, home-like atmosphere

Qualifications

  • Current Oklahoma CMA certification required

  • CPR/First Aid certification required

  • Must be willing and able to perform CNA/direct-care duties

  • Compassionate, dependable, and reliable

  • Experience with dementia or memory care is a plus

  • Ability to work independently while providing exceptional resident care

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
