Job Summary:


We’re looking for an innovative, forward‑thinking Inventory Manager to lead our inventory team and elevate our operations. This role is ideal for a builder—someone who creates scalable processes, improves existing systems, and drives the department to the next level!

What You'll Do:
  • Lead, develop, and inspire the inventory control team.
  • Build and improve inventory processes that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and cost control.
  • Oversee daily inventory operations including receiving, storage, tracking, and distribution.
  • Analyze data to forecast needs, reduce surplus, and optimize inventory levels.
  • Drive continuous improvement and bring fresh, strategic ideas to the department.
  • Partner with procurement, production, logistics, and product groups to support operational goals.
  • Own key metrics such as inventory accuracy, turnover, and carrying cost reductions.
  •  Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. 


What You Bring:
  • 3–5 years of inventory or warehouse management experience.
  • Proven experience leading and developing teams.
  •  A builder mindset—ability to design new processes and drive meaningful change.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
  •  Proficiency in inventory systems (Microsoft Dynamics SL preferred) and Excel.
  • Detail‑oriented approach with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
